Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, no place is to far for us :)
How long does it take to get my item?
As we send from Romania, we always try to send the items as quickly as possible but we depend on the opening days of the customs office so it can take up to 3 working days till we can ship it. The normal shipping time to the US, after the package is handed over to the post, is somewhere around 4-6 weeks on the small package option and 2-4 weeks on packages over 2 kg. If you need it quicker please let me know and I can give you details about shipping upgrades
Europe usually takes about 2 weeks.
Australia is very slow since the pandemic started, so please brace yourself with patience as shipping can take up to 6 months to Australia.
Can I receive the package quicker?
If you are in a hurry please let me know so we can adjust the handling time and give you details about shipping upgrades.
Do you have that "special item" that I am searching for?
Hm, maybe?! Just ask me and we will see! I do have a lot of items and can't post them as quick as I would like. I can also try finding something for you if you are not in a hurry.
I don't like my item. What to do now?
I gladly accept returns and exchanges, just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to me within 30 days of delivery. Buyers pay for the return shipping cost. Refunds (excluding initial shipping cost) will be given when the item arrives safely at my address.
On items with free shipping, a processing fee of 30 $ or the real shipping cost + taxes (whatever is higher) will be retained from the price that we refund.
Shipping seems expensive, can you do something about this?
I always choose the lowest shipping option, but unfortunately, overseas shipping is not the cheapest and there is nothing I can do about it. However, if you buy multiple items, I do combine shipping and, as the cost is calculated per weight, you could get a better deal on the shipping cost for more than one item purchased in my shop.
